TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WINNER'S EDGE REWARDS

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "User" or "Member" means an individual who has enrolled into Winner's Edge Rewards ("Elbow River Casino") at Elbow River Casino, a licensed gaming establishment in Calgary, Alberta.
ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION
To be eligible to participate in Elbow River Casino, Users must:a) Be at least 19 years of age;b) Have completed and submitted the enrollment form in its entirety; andc) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.Elbow River Casino reserves the right to terminate or modify any User's participation in Elbow River Casino at its sole discretion.
REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS
By enrolling into Elbow River Casino, Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall comply with them in their entirety.The rewards program is subject to change without prior notice to the User.Elbow River Casino reserves the right to modify or terminate any aspect of Elbow River Casino at its sole discretion.
ENROLLMENT AND MEMBER ACCOUNTS
Each User must have a valid account enrolled under their name, email address and password in order to participate in Elbow River Casino.Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their personal identification information (PIN) and ensuring that their account is not accessed or used by any unauthorized person.
REWARDS EARNING AND REDEMPTION
Rewards points will be credited to User accounts based on participation at Elbow River Casino's gaming tables, slots machines, poker room and other applicable games as determined by the casino.Users can redeem rewards by presenting their valid Elbow River Casino card or digital account details to an authorized representative of Elbow River Casino.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Elbow River Casino may provide Users with promotional materials, newsletters, special offers and communication via various media channels (email, phone, SMS etc.) in connection with their participation in Elbow River Casino.Users consent to receiving such communications from time-to-time as part of their membership in Elbow River Casino.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Elbow River Casino makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the operation, maintenance and quality of its gaming facilities, equipment, rewards program or other services offered under Elbow River Casino.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Elbow River Casino be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in Elbow River Casino or related to this agreement.Elbow River Casino's total liability (if any) arising out of these Terms and Conditions is limited to the amount equivalent to three (3) times User's account balance at the time when such loss arises.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or related matters will be resolved through mediation in accordance with rules as determined by ADR Institute of Alberta (ADR), an independent third-party dispute resolution provider.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Elbow River Casino reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.Continued participation in Elbow River Casino or acceptance of rewards after such modification will be deemed as User's acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP

By participating in Elbow River Casino, Users acknowledge that Elbow River Casino may cancel or suspend their membership at any time for legitimate reasons (as determined by casino management).

TERMINATION AND EFFECTIVENESS
Upon termination of User's participation in Elbow River Casino due to breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, all rights to redeem rewards shall be forfeited.

All notices given under or pursuant to this Agreement must be delivered personally or by courier or certified mail (airmail) addressed as follows:
